Privacy Policy

Effective October 23, 2026

The Texas LCSW (thetexaslcsw.com) is operated by Mindful Possibilities LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you use our contact form, we receive what you enter: usually your name, email address, phone number, and your message. Please don't include information about your clients or other confidential clinical details in the form. We'll talk through anything sensitive in a secure setting.

Purchases. If you buy something on this site or sign up for supervision, we receive your name, email, billing details, and what you bought. Payment card numbers are handled by our payment processors (such as Stripe and Squarespace's commerce tools). We never see or store your full card number.

Members' community. Supervision members use a separate online community hosted by Circle. Circle's own privacy policy covers information you share there.

Automatic information. Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar tools provided by Squarespace. They keep the site working, remember your preferences, and give us basic, aggregated visitor statistics (for example, page views and general location). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work without them.

How we use it

  • To answer your questions and schedule consultations
  • To provide and bill for the services you sign up for
  • To keep records required for licensure supervision and for our business
  • To understand, in aggregate, how people use the site so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers that run this site and our services (such as Squarespace, Circle, and our payment processors), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages and business records only as long as we need them for the purposes above, or as long as the law or licensing rules require.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing admin@mindfulpossibilities.org or calling (817) 382-1876. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal or licensing obligations; if so, we'll tell you.

Children

This site is for social work professionals. It isn't directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
