With over 20 years in the field of social work, I’ve had the privilege of serving in a wide range of roles—beginning as a direct care provider and advancing through positions in case management, residential treatment, state foster care, inpatient and outpatient programs, and clinical leadership. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the challenges social workers face at every level of care.
